
Starting in February 2026, **International HR Services AG (IHRS) **will launch a series of online training courses in collaboration with **Vamoz AG **on the legal challenges of workations and remote work abroad.
Background: Although on-site work is increasing again in Swiss companies and working from home is declining, employers are increasingly advertising alternative forms of remote work such as workations or the possibility of remote work abroad.
These forms are gaining in importance and are considered an attractive employer benefit in the context of the shortage of skilled workers. At the same time, they are associated with a high degree of legal complexity, which poses various challenges for HR and managers.
